Subject: BioDeisel Powered Glass Equipment?
So, I was watching "Trucks".. hey, sometimes your brain needs some off time... but, on this episode, there was actually a really interesting thing about BioDeisel. Anyone that has owned a glass shop knows the vivid reality of the utility bill that looms around the corner every month. Things are not getting cheaper... so crazy ideas start to appear less crazy. The biodeisel segment on Trucks was saying that making bio-deisel was ending up costing them around a $1.50 (at least it was over 1 dollar and under 2) per gallon. The question now is efficiency. How does the use of BioDeisel compare to the use of Natural gas, for example? I didn't quite get that info from the Trucks episode. They were using this companies equipment:Extreme BioDeiselAnyway, not sure if I would want to hunt down used resteraunt oil every week... but, I guess the more expensive these utilities become, the more interesting these solutions appear.Donovan
